Perfect for use in the home or the car to insure the safety of your Cockers in case of emergency. Every multiple Cocker Spaniel owner should have one of these signs! The item is needlepoint using yarn on plastic canvas. The back of the item is finished with a plain piece of plastic canvas. There is a ribbon loop for hanging. This auction will benefit Flora. Flora was found on the side of the road in a ditch! We suspect she was either dumped there by her owners or she had been hit by a car. Flora has both her hips dislocated, but it doesn't slow her down. She still runs (or hops) all over the place! She is an amazing little girl to have the problems she does and still have a very sweet personality. She needs hip surgery which will cost around $1500, but it would make her feel so much better.
